Scoopy Partner Lite app allows Restaurants to Process the order they have received from customers.
Once an order is placed by Customer, the restaurant will get notified through the app and will be ready to process the order further.
After the food item advised in the order gets ready, the Restaurant marks the order as food ready and an intimation reaches to the designated Delivery Associate for pickup of the Order.
Then the Delivery Associates reaches the Restaurant and collects the Package.After handover of the the package to the Delivery Associate for Delivery (with proper authentication check), the order gets closed at the Restaurant level.
